Welcome to the history of Herne Bay Carnival. Herne Bay Carnival is one of East Kent's largest Carnivals and is attended by many Carnival Courts from all over Kent. Each year the Carnival consists of many Bands, local floats and visitors. Read how Herne Bay Carnival evolved into one of the biggest.
